This presentation will focus on specific behaviors that business owners can engage in that are indicators of integrity. In addition to creating a culture of integrity specific recruiting and retention strategies will also be explored that will help ABA businesses both recruit and retain quality staff.

1. Attendees will be able to identify 5 indicators of businesses that operate with integrity based on Behavior Analytic literature and the BACB Professional and Ethical Compliance Code.
