A Peek into 2 Experiences of Practicing as Black BCBAs with Camille Morgan and Melody Marcelle Sylvain
On this episode of the #dobetter podcast, Camille Morgan and Melody Marcelle Sylvain each spend time sharing with us their individual experiences of practicing as Black BCBAs. It is the hope of the #dobetter movement that the growth of listening and learning to BIPOC sustains for years to come as we all work to disrupt the systems maintaining racism in the United States and around the world. After recording this episode, we discussed some of the new information/perspectives learned and there is a plan to have at least one follow-up episode to have a back and forth discussion around anti-racism.
